2. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This applies to all eligible items purchased through globaloemcarparts.com.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@globaloemcarparts.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or not as described.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
  • The item has not been modified, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.

4. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Submit Your Return Request Email support@globaloemcarparts.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorisation Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Include a copy of your order confirmation inside.

Step 4 — Inspection & Confirmation Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3 business daysand notify you by email of the outcome.

Step 5 — Refund Processed If approved, your refund will be issued within 5 business days of inspection approval.


5. Refund Policy

Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via alternative methods.

Full Refunds A full refund of the item price is issued when:

  • The item is returned in original, unused condition within 30 days.
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing.
  • The wrong item was sent due to a fulfilment error on our part.

Partial Refunds A partial refund may be applied when:

  • The item is returned with missing components or accessories.
  • The item shows signs of handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
  • Only part of a multi-item order is returned.

Non-Refundable Amounts Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


6. Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping When:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item is materially different from the product listing.
  • We sent the wrong item.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse verified return shipping costs in full.

You Cover Return Shipping When:

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the item.
  • You ordered the wrong part.
  • The item does not fit your vehicle due to incorrect selection by the buyer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. GlobalOEMCarParts is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipment.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, in accordance with Google Merchant Center policy for non-returnable goods:

  • Electrical and electronic components — including ECUs, sensors, control modules, and lighting units — once removed from original packaging.
  • Special-order and custom parts ordered specifically for your vehicle.
  • Installed, used, or modified parts — any part that shows evidence of installation or modification cannot be returned.
  • Consumable items — filters, gaskets, belts, seals, and fluids once the packaging has been opened.
  • Final sale and clearance items — clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please act immediately:

  • Do not install or use the item.
  • Take clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and any visible damage.
  • Contact us at support@globaloemcarparts.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve all such cases through a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you. Cases reported after 48 hours may be subject to review.


9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if cancelled before the item has been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@globaloemcarparts.com with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.


10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following the steps in Section 4.
  • Place a new order for the correct item.

Your refund will be processed as normal once the return is received and approved.


11. Free Shipping Orders

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of the order, bringing the remaining order value below the free shipping threshold, the standard outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
