2. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched. Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, quality inspection of the item, and packaging.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with a network of trusted international carriers and freight partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders. The carriers available to you will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

International shipping rates vary significantly based on destination country, item weight, and dimensions. All international shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
For very large or heavy international shipments such as engines and gearboxes, we may contact you after your order is placed to confirm the most cost-effective freight option before dispatch.
Free Shipping Free shipping promotions, where offered, apply only to eligible items and specified destinations as stated in the promotion. Free shipping is not available on freight shipments unless explicitly stated.

International delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which are outside our control.

All orders shipped via standard parcel carriers include full shipment tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

For freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel shipments. Our team will keep you informed of any significant updates for large freight orders.

7. International Shipping & Customs
GlobalOEMCarParts ships to over 120 countries worldwide. All international shipments are subject to the customs regulations and import requirements of the destination country.
Import Duties & Taxes The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and will be collected by the customs authority or carrier upon arrival.
Customs Delays GlobalOEMCarParts has no control over customs clearance procedures. Delays caused by customs inspections or processing are beyond our responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for automotive parts before placing your order.
Customs Documentation We provide accurate and complete customs documentation with all international shipments, including commercial invoices and accurate declarations of item value and description. We do not falsify customs documents or undervalue shipments under any circumstances.
Restricted & Prohibited Items Some automotive parts may be subject to import restrictions or prohibitions in certain countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the item they are purchasing is permitted for import into their country. GlobalOEMCarParts accepts no liability for shipments held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we are only able to ship each order to a single destination address. If you require items to be shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
9. Undeliverable Packages & Returned Shipments
A shipment may be returned to us as undeliverable if:
- The delivery address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
- The recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
- The package was refused at delivery.
- Customs clearance fees were not paid by the recipient (international orders).
In the event that a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable:
- We will contact you by email to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
- If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the item value only. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
To avoid undeliverable shipments, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at support@globaloemcarparts.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Do not sign for the delivery without noting the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and item immediately.
- Contact us at support@globaloemcarparts.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping at checkout, particularly for high-value items.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to the following:
- PO Boxes for freight and large item shipments
- APO/FPO military addresses for international freight
- Countries subject to US trade sanctions or export restrictions
